The Black Tie Balls are open to Dinner Club Members and Non-Members as well

The Dinner Club - Cancellation
Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Cancellation minimum fee of £20.
On the day of the venue or no shows full fee will be charged.
Cancellation fee for Black Tie Balls
- 15 days or more before the date of the Ball cancellation charge of 25% of venue price ( and accommodation if
applicable) .
-14 days or less before the date of the Ball cancellation charge of full venue price ( and accommodation if
applicable).
All Festive venues in November and December, including New Year’s Eve, incur full cancellation charge of the price of
the venue ( and accommodation if applicable) .
This is due to the fact that hotels at this time of the year require bookings and
payment 4-6 weeks prior to the date of the event.
However, if you are booking late please phone Alan Roberts who will check availability with the hotel
