THE DINNER CLUB'S BLACK TIE BALLS FOR 2024!

Join us at one of our fabulous Singles Black Tie Balls and enjoy a great evening of dining and dancing whilst meeting new people and making new friends.

These extremely popular social events are open to Dinner Club Members and Non-Members as well. If you are thinking about joining The Dinner Club why not come along to see what we are all about.

Our evening begins with a welcome drinks reception where you will be greeted by your Dinner Club hosts who will introduce you to lots of other like-minded friendly people who are fun to be with. They will then show you to your table and will be on hand throughout the evening to ensure that you are well looked after.

During the course of the evening your Dinner Club hosts will encourage you and your fellow diners to

'Go Australian', i.e. move around so that everybody has the opportunity to meet a wider group of people (we actually ask the gentlemen to change seats!). 'Going Australian' is so called as Alan Roberts, owner of The Dinner Club, emigrated to Australia in the 1980’s and was very much involved in The Dinner Club there. He brought the idea back to the UK and it has proved to be very successful here. It is a great way to meet new people whilst dining and dancing.

After dinner, you can mix and mingle and catch up with friends old and new and then dance the night away to your favourite tunes from our Dinner Club DJ!

You can choose to join us for just the evening event, or stay overnight and take advantage of the favourable rates that we have negotiated with our chosen hotels, with breakfast included the next morning.

Our Black Tie Balls are very popular, so we do recommend that you book as soon as you can especially if you wish to stay overnight.

The Dinner Club - Cancellation Policy 
 A cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

 For venues organised by Mo Perkins in her areas of Shrops., Staffs., and West Mids., please phone: 07777 694290.
 

Cancellation minimum fee of £20.
On the day of the venue or no shows full fee will be charged.

 Cancellation fee for Black Tie Balls 
 - 15 days or more before the date of the Ball cancellation charge of 25% of venue price ( and accommodation if applicable) .
 -14 days or less before the date of the Ball cancellation charge of full venue price ( and accommodation if applicable).

 All Festive venues in November and December, including New Year’s Eve, incur full cancellation charge of the price of the venue     ( and accommodation if applicable) . 
 This is due to the fact that hotels at this time of the year require bookings and payment 4-6 weeks prior to the date of the event.
 However, if you are booking late please phone Alan Roberts who will check availability with the hotel .
