2024 EVENTS!

We offer a varied programme of events and venues from cosy pub dinners and popular bistros to fine dining restaurants, dinner dances and our well-renowned black tie balls in top hotels, not to forget our theatre nights and dinner parties.

We also offer special rates for overnight accommodation to avoid the worry of how to get home – this is extremely popular and available for all of our Balls that we hold up to four times a year. At each of our events you will be greeted by your Dinner Club host who will make introductions over a drink at the bar before showing you to your table and will then be on hand throughout the evening to make sure you are well looked after.

Whatever type of cuisine you enjoy - English, French, Italian, Chinese, Thai and Indian to name but some, there are plenty of choices to be had so why not come along and join us to have a great time enjoying good food and lively conversation in the company of lots of fun and friendly people.

This is our event of the year and is open to Dinner Club Members and Non-Members as well. 

You can choose to join us for just the evening event, or stay overnight and take advantage of the favourable rates that we have negotiated with Cottons Hotel, with breakfast included the next morning.

Our Anniversary Black Tie Balls are always very popular, so we do recommend that you book as soon as you can especially if you wish to stay overnight.

 A cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Mo reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as per Dinner Club cancellation Policy
 

Cancellation minimum fee of £20.
On the day of the venue or no shows full fee will be charged.

 Cancellation fee for Black Tie Balls 
 - 15 days or more before the date of the Ball cancellation charge of 25% of venue price (and accommodation if applicable).
 -14 days or less before the date of the Ball cancellation charge of full venue price (and accommodation if applicable).

 All Festive venues in November and December, including New Year’s Eve, incur full cancellation charge of the price of the venue (and accommodation if applicable). 
 This is due to the fact that hotels at this time of the year require bookings and payment 4-6 weeks prior to the date of the event.
 However, if you are booking late please phone Alan Roberts who will check availability with the hotel.
